Food, Clothing, Shelter, Money
Posted by: poeticlibrarian on: March 21, 2011
All my basic needs are provided for me. I have food available whenever I want and the means to buy more if I run out. In fact, the house has so much food, we could last several days or more without buying more. I have my parents to thank for providing support and a place to live. I don’t have any rent and my expenses are minimal, except for my car insurance, fuel costs and healthcare. With that said, I am grateful that my parents have the money to help me with healthcare and car payments. I am also thankful that I have been able to live with them, while my job prospects slowly improve. Finally, I am thankful that I have plenty of clothing to wear—enough to share with others if I so choose, and the money to buy more if I want. I truly am blessed and need to remember that when I feel insecure.
